Abby Monk: Preschool Director
My name is Abby Monk and I am thrilled to join the PCA family this year as the Preschool Director. I have worked and served in a variety of roles with children and in administration. I served as the Nursery/Preschool coordinator at my previous church for 6 years, coached summer league swimming for 7 years, substitute taught in the Madison County School system, and most recently worked as a PK-8th administrative assistant and for 2 years and summer day camp director for 3 years.
Children are a gift from God and it is a privilege to be able to work with them. Our impact lasts a lifetime and I am excited to see what God has in store this year!
Tisha Thayer: Infants 6wks-12mo
My name is Tisha Thayer, and I am from New Market, Alabama. My husband’s name is Ian Thayer, and together with my two daughters, Avery (5) and Renly (3), we’re a family of four! As a family, we continue to grow our relationship with God at The Bridge Church of Merdianville.
I have 4 years of childcare experience, and I am so excited to share my love of Jesus and childcare with your sweet baby! I can’t wait to build relationships with both you and your child as we work together to teach them and help them grow! Thank you for entrusting me with caring for your child.
Hunter Tate: Waddlers 12-18mo
My name is Hunter Tate, and I graduated from Buckhorn High School in 2013. The following year I married my husband, Miles, who works as a firefighter. Together we have four beautiful children – Anderson(7), Belle(5), Calloway(3), and MillieRose (7m). For the last 6 years, I have been blessed to work as the nursery and preschool director and my home church in Merdianville, AL. I am so honored that you have trusted me to care for your little one(s) this year, and I look forward to being able to share my passion for Jesus and childcare with my students here at Pineview.

Hailey Crowe - Preschool 1 "Twos"
My name is Hailey Crowe. I am an honors grad of Evans High School of Evans Louisiana where I was born and raised. I moved to the Huntsville areas in 2014 and later to the Hazel Green area in 2020. I met my husband Travis in 2020 and we became a blended family with 3 beautiful children's, Sophia (7), Clay (5) and Emmy (3) in 2021. later that hear we welcomed out beautiful baby girls Kingsley (10m). Throughout the majority of my life I have been involved in aiding children's church programs or Sunday school and I look forward to working with your children. A few of my favorite things are singing, arts and crafts, anything yellow nd coffee. I enjoy spending family time with my own babies and playing games together. As a family we enjoy sports, board games and movie nights.
